Payment
The products and services available at www.tempsl.com, as well as the postage and packing costs must be paid when you place your order.
Payment can be made using any of the following methods:

This website therefore uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment module managed by ATOS.
Distance selling regulations
The above regulations entitle all customers to a 7-day approval period in which the customer can cancel and return his/her order. Temps L has extended this approval period to 14 days. On cancellation, you must return the goods that we have delivered to you as soon as possible.
Guarantee of satisfaction
One-Year Guarantee: You will be refunded for any item that is damaged, faulty or unsuitable OR the item will be replaced free of charge within one year of purchase, subject to normal conditions of use.
Delivery
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail. If necessary, your order may be divided into more than one parcel to prevent delay. Delivery is only for the United Kingdom. The majority of our products are dispatched within 10 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. In some unusual cases delivery may take up to a maximum of 60 days.
Return-exchange policy
When you receive your items, please examine them carefully. If you are not satisfied, for whatever reason, you have 14 days to return them; no explanation is necessary. The items will be replaced or refunded without any questions asked. Returns must be in original condition and packing, complete with any accessories and instructions. If the items are damaged or faulty we will refund your postage costs but you must include your ROYAL MAIL postal receipt with the returned item/s.
CAUTION! In the case of items such as clothing, cosmetics and items of hygiene, we are unable to accept a return for a refund or exchange, after they have been used or been in direct contact with the skin.

Enforceability of terms
